What's the referral fee?

$333.00 for each new client referral who executes a lease and management agreement. Our fee is the highest in Southeast Michigan.

When do I get paid?

60 days after referral signs lease and management agreement.

What's the $333 JMZ Guarantee?

JMZ pays $333 referral fee, and while our competitors won't commit to guaranteeing the return of the client when they are ready to sell the property, WE DO! When the client is prepared to sell the property, we don't scoop the deal from you WE SEND THEM BACK YOUR WAY!
